Always coming back! Staff helped with wake-up call on my first stay. Free parking, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area, flat-screen TV, pets allowed, non-smoking rooms - it has everything I need. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

It's enjoyable base for sightseeing and exploring Eibar. I have stayed in the twin/double room with central heating and a flat screen TV. The point is mountain view was an unexpected bonus. The staff are amicable and kind, the location is perfect. Will be back, the hotel exceeded high expectations

Fancy receptionists speaking multiple languages, delicious food, spacious room. I enjoyed the "horror movie" experience of a closed and remote hotel.
Couldn't watch TV nor have a minibar in the room, breakfast was nonexistent, and Google maps took me to a church instead. So convenient!

Hilarious, no one told me the hotel was haunted! The staff were lovely, though, and I had fun trying to communicate in my terrible Spanish.
Such a shame, the Wi-fi only worked when I cuddled up to the reception desk. Truly convenient for my Instagram posts.

Our room at Hotel Asador Arriarte was modern and well-equipped with fancy bathrooms. The showers had multiple jets that provided a refreshing experience. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the motorway, making it a perfect stopover when driving between France and Spain. The rooms were clean, and we appreciated the outside bar where we could relax with our dog. Despite some minor drawbacks, like the limited working features in the shower cubicle and the not-so-impressive food in the set menu, we found the set price to be reasonable. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The hotel's location was not ideal, as the Google location directed us to a church on a hill nearby. the rooms were modern and clean, with fancy bathrooms that had multiple jets in the shower. the receptionist was very helpful, and the breakfast was decent.
The hotel lacked some basic facilities, such as a TV and minibar in some rooms.

We had a great stay! Clean rooms with fancy bathrooms in a brand new hotel. Helpful and English-speaking staff, plus a reasonable breakfast. Transportation was easy and there is a church on a hill nearby with a great view.
All good.

The location of the hotel was picturesque, situated on a hill with a charming church nearby. the rooms were modern and the bathrooms were fancy, with luxurious showers equipped with multiple jets. the reception staff spoke excellent English and provided helpful service. the breakfast spread was ample, although the bread could have been fresher. the hotel also had a bar where guests could enjoy a refreshing G&T.
The Wi-fi only worked near the reception desk, which was quite inconvenient.

We recently stayed at Hotel Asador Arriarte in Eibar and had a great family experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the Arriaga Theatre, which was just a short drive away. The modern rooms and facilities provided a comfortable stay for our large family. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The delicious three-course evening meal served with finesse was a highlight of our stay. We will definitely be back!
My children wanted more activities for kids to enjoy during our stay.
